Haha, I was just curious XDDD It seems I'm not the only one who used an RP as the foundation for a...well, mines an audio/anime thing instead of a comic but whatever XDDD comics are kind of in the same grouping...sort of...not really...um... *stops talking*
While I find RP very useful for characterization and it's always fun to work on things collaboratively it's definitely not the easiest way to work on a story. For starters it's hard to plan things out to work smoothly as a linear story and everyone has different idea's or doesn't understand details and time differences and school/work schedules are a bitch and it's just tricky to get right. Hell, scenes in this comic have been re-scripted 4 or 5 times now! But it's all fun in the end and I find it helps me get into it all more! But that's just me I don't know if you feel the same. XD What's your story/comic/audiobook/anime about (if you don't mind me asking)? 8D Story telling is all story telling I think. There are lots of different mediums to tell a story so I get what you mean.
Haha, It's on YouTube and it's called Project: Unknown by CassirollChan. It's a dystopian future where characters from World War Two time travel into 2043 to discover the world in shambles. I actually just finished the first episode a few weeks ago :'D (wow, that didn't sound like advertisement at all).
I totally understand, I did it with a friend I knew in real life and even then she ended up dropping the project. Luckily, I had enough backbone of a story that I was able to keep it going so that my voice actors wouldn't be ditched which I figured out the rest of the plot XD It is really nice to have people interested that like to talk about it though :3 Even though my friend couldn't anymore, several voice actors stepped up to help proofread and just sit down and discuss things I wasn't sure of ^^ It was really nice.
I've actually stumbled across your audiobook on YouTube as well ;D you and another artist were the one that inspired me to visually tell the story the way I did, still make it interesting to look at while avoiding the months of animation it takes to make a series. I really liked yours! It seemed to be turning out amazingly and the animated opening was fantastic. I've been watching your comic for ages and yours is the only one I've really stuck with, even if my comments are kind of sparse. It's really awesome to see someone keep with something so consistently and even better to watch them improve along the road :3 (So sorry, I just realized how long this message is lol. I type a lot when it gets late.)
and thank you but I always forget to add the lace ;-;
